NZ Property Finders is a totally independent property
search consultancy that was set up to take the hassle
out of purchasing residential property, renting
or investing in New Zealand. People who are new
to the area or country are especially vulnerable
to being trapped into buying the wrong type of property.

you avoid costly mistakes, takes care of the legwork

Director
NZ Property Finders was established by David Boyd,
a kiwi who recognised that many people were buying
NZ property ‘blind’ without appreciating
the pitfalls of the New Zealand real estate market.
After graduating with an MA in Political Studies
from the University of Auckland in New Zealand,
David taught English in NZ, Germany and the UK before
moving into a career in the civil service and then
as an estate agent. Meanwhile he became a property
investor building up a property portfolio. |
