| Our lighter touch ‘advice’ package is at an introduction price of just £99+ VAT (c.NZ$250). This is excellent value for money and the price is unlikely to stay so low for long. For a 3 month period we will provide you with:
- Ongoing advice about all aspects of relocating to New Zealand
- Registering with local estate or letting agents
- Sourcing privately listed properties
- Market rents and or property price comparisons for the areas you are considering
- Regular updates about suitable properties on the market
- Two bespoke reports about any area you choose
- Shipping, currency exchange and immigration information
- Information about local facilities, employment, socio-economic make up, transport, shopping, education and much more.
Usually we do not personally inspect properties under this arrangement however in some cases in may be possible to so at a cost of £25 (c.NZ$65) per property.
