The fees for our four packages are:

Residential Property Search/Investment package

Retainer fee: £545 (c.NZ$1,400) + VAT payable upfront

Success fee: 1.5% of the purchase price + VAT minus retainer already paid

For example if you retainer NZ Property Finders but choose not to purchase one of the properties we have sourced for you the fee is just £545 + VAT. If you do end up purchasing a property we have sourced for you the fee is 1.5% of the purchase price + VAT minus the retainer of £545 already paid.

Rental Property Search Package

Retainer fee: £199 (c.NZ$500) + VAT payable upfront

Success fee: One month’s rent minus retainer already paid

For example if you retainer NZ Property Finders but choose not to rent one of the properties we have sourced for you the fee is just £199 + VAT. If you do end up renting a property we have sourced for you the fee is one month’s rent + VAT minus the retainer of £545 already paid.

Advice Package

Flat fee of £99 (c.NZ$250) + VAT

Fees vary according to what package you choose. If you feel you do not need a package you can employ our consultancy services.
